Project Synopsis:

Remove one fire door in the lower air gallery;
Build one new fire door in the lower air gallery;
Cut one opening in slab on mezzanine above upper air gallery;
Cut one opening in the slab on the upper air gallery;
Remove six existing louvers in the upper air gallery;
Remove all existing fire doors isolating the Turbine pit from the lower air gallery;
Remove all existing fire doors (louvers) and metal plates isolating the generator enclosure from the upper air gallery;
Close the two existing openings in the upper air gallery;
New holes for fire protection in the upper air gallery;
Install new steel structure and grating as per drawing in reference in Appendix G;
Install new handrails in the lower air gallery.
